woots....today...no sch..why? 1st half of my class having CAD test n no S&W today...well...went to gym at tamp with frens...lol..meet aidil at wdlnds interchnge.....tke 168...huahua....suppose to meet at 12 liao uh.....patrick seems to reach 1st liao..huahua.....den..me n aidil reached liao....the other....freaking late..how i hate latecomers....late 5-15 mins nvm la...this one..waa....late 42 mins sio....wtc!!! well....head into gym at 1PM -.-'.....chnged...n tym to build up some muscle..lols.....1st...biceps...caryy 6 each side....5 sets of 10....waaa....sian..then....bench press....10kg each side...only a set of 10....lol..the others also same lor..haha.....then triceps..lol......haha....den...went to swimming..but patrcik n hazuan went home...waiting for mosnter..so late....haiy...me n aidil went in 1st lor...swim..woots..haha.....den...zhao at 430....folo aidil....coz he met his gf..haha.......they eat at banquet..i go home lor....
